By creating a Kusalix account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
You may use Kusalix solely for lawful B2B prospecting purposes. You must not use lead data to send spam, harass individuals, or violate any applicable law including GDPR, UK PECR, or CAN-SPAM.
Kusalix is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Lead data is sourced from third-party providers and may not always be current or complete. Kusalix does not guarantee the accuracy of contact information. You use exported data at your own risk.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@kusalix.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
The Kusalix platform, branding and code are owned by Kusalix Ltd and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform.
Kusalix is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or misuse lead data.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
